Online Shop 購物流程及運送安排
1. 登記成為Trendson Online Shop會員 (資料絕對保密)，見頁面右上角
2. 會員登入
3. 選擇貨品、數量及顏色（只限特定貨品）
4. 按 'add to cart' 將物品加進購物車
5. 繼續購選其他物品，或按'show cart' 進入付款及運送安排程序
6. 再確定物件及數量後，按'check out'
7. 輸入郵寄／送貨地址(Shopping Address)。如郵寄／送貨地址跟早前注冊的收費地址(Billing Address)相同，則不用填寫此欄
8. 按'next'後，選擇運送方法。［注：系統現只列出本地運送(Local Delivery)的選擇，詳情見下*］再按'next'繼續。
9. 選擇付款方法： a)直接存款或支票** (Bank Transfer/Cheque)； b) Paypal或信用卡 (Paypal or Credit Card) ，然後按'next'
10. 畫面出現貨單資料，核對後按'confirm order' 確定交易。選擇以Paypal或信用卡付款的顧客，將會轉連至Paypal的頁面，以完成交易；
選擇以直接存款或支票付款的顧客，則會看到付款指引
11. 完成後，一封由系統發出的收據，將會發至所注冊的電子郵箱。我們並會在24小時內，致電給你確定訂單及安排送貨事宜。
*除特定貨品如酒及昂貴手飾外，我們於款項確定後的兩個工作天內，以本地平郵寄出貨物；
－ 手飾、酒類及其他較貴重的物品，將會由專人運送，時段為逢星期五；
－ 顧客亦可選擇當面交收，或親臨到我們的分銷點領取貨物。詳情請致電3568 2416與客户服務部聯絡。
注意：我們暫時只接受香港地區的訂單及運送(不包括離島及偏遠郊區。如欲索取更多資料，請與我們客戶服務員聯絡）
**顧客可把款項存至Covenant Limited之星展銀行戶口：(016)(494) 470-421-728，然後把存根，連同姓名及訂單編號，傳真至 [+852 3568 2415] ， 或電郵至 [ This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ]。注：收據中必須清楚顯示 Covenant Limited 之銀行戶口號碼。
如欲以支票付款，顧客請將抬頭寫上「Covenant Limited」的劃線支票，寄至觀塘偉業街140號依時工業大廈四樓Covenant Limited 會計部 收。請在支票背後列名閣下姓名及訂單編號。
保養及退貨安排
Trendson 商店除了是優質商戶及生產商的網上寄賣平台，亦是Trendson 發售獨家代理及自家製物品的渠道。就前者而言，由於每個商戶及生產商會根據貨品的性質而釐訂保養細節，故條款各異。如有任何關於產品保護及安全指示等有關 問題，我們建議閣下直接與其生產或代理商聯絡。
我們十分注重商店產品的品質及顧客的要求。若你收到損壞或不完整的貨品，請於收到貨品7日 內以以電郵方式與我們的客戶服務部聯絡 。接受你的退貨要求後，我們會通知你有關退貨的程序。當收到寄回的貨品，我們會基於你所指出的問題作測試或驗證，並作出跟進。在一般情況下，我們會將全新的同樣貨品寄回給你。注：所有損壞或不完整貨品，必須退回給我們，並請確保貨品妥為包裝，以免在送運途中損毀。假如貨品於退貨途中遺失，我們恕不負責。退貨之郵費，由客戶負責。注：本公司絕不接受開封後的酒類或食物的退貨。
退貨處理時間約為二至三星期。
Online Shop procedure and Shipment
1. Register as Trendson Online Shop member (top right corner) *All personal information will not be disclosed.
2. Login to the shop
3. Choose product(s), quantity and color (some products only)
4. Press 'add to cart'
5. Contiue shopping, or click 'show cart' to the checkout process.
6. After reconfirming the item and quantity to be bought, click 'checkout'.
7. Fill in shipping address. If the shipping address is the same as the billing address you provided during member registration, you do not have to fill it again.
8.Click 'next', then choose shipping method. Please note that the system currently only displays 'local delivery' (detail listed below*). Then click 'next' to continue.
9. Select payment method: a) Bank Transfer/ Cheque**; b) Paypal or Credit Card. When finish, press 'next'.
10. Payment and shipping details are shown on the screen. If everything gets right, click 'confirm order'. For those who pay by 'Bank Transfer/ Cheque', details of the bank account and procedure is shown; for those who pay by Paypal or Credit Card, you will be directed to the Paypal page.
11. A confirmation letter with receipt will be sent by the system to your email registered. Also, our customer services staff will call you within 24 hours to confirm the shipping arrangement.
*Except some prestige products such as jewelry and wine, all products will be sent through local service mail within two business
day after the payment is confirmed.
－ For other special items, we will ship the product(s) through courier or by our logistic team on every Friday.

If you choose to pay by cheque, make the check payable to "Covenant Limited" and post it to Covenant Limited (Attn. Accounting Department). Address: 4/F, Easy-pack Industrial Building, 140 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Please indicate the order number and your name on the back of the cheque.
Warranty and Return of item
Products on Trendson online shop are either consigned merchandises of quality manufacturers or distributors, or that carried or produced by Covenant Limited. For the former, as different companies or products provide different warranty and services for their products, we strongly suggest the customers to contact the manufacturers / distributors for more information about the warranty services.
At Trendson, we are much concerned with each item we sold and deliver. If, unfortunately, you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us the order number & the product condition within 7 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. Once the authorization for returns is granted, our customer services staff will inform you the detail of the return shipment. (The damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped. We are not responsible for lost returns and so please send your item via a reliable carrier. The freight cost for returning is paid by the customer.)
After we received the product, we will examine and test the defective item(s) based on your descriptions; if they are really the case, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s) in about 2-3 weeks. Please note that all opened beverages (wine) and food are not returnable.
